When adding an Event, ClubWeb gives you the option to have this event available for registration through a web form or through a downloadable registration form that you upload to the system. This feature allows your club members, and the general public to register for this event.

Newsletter:
ClubWeb has built-in Newsletter features which make it simple to upload your weekly / bi weekly or monthly newsletter and have them available for download.

Easily add your newsletter in a PDF, Microsoft Word.

ClubWeb archives all old copies of the newsletter, the administrator have the option to set how many old copies of the newsletter are displayed and kept before the system start deleting old entries automatically.

You can automatically email and distribute your Newsletter to your club members with just few mouse clicks "Available in the coming version"

Club Roster:
ClubWeb includes a roster section where all member details can be posted and displayed on the website.

Click someone’s email address to instantly send them an email.

Club News:
ClubWeb includes a news section, where news can be posted by the site administrator and posted in the news page.

News header appear in the news page with the original post date and can be displayed along with their attached picture in a separate page.

News can include links to other parts or your website (or to other websites) where visitors can find out more information and details.

Administration:
